What I collect

When you join the waiting list, I store your email address (and your name, if you enter it). The newsletter tool also records the date, time and IP address of your signup and of your confirmation click. That record is the proof that you signed up yourself.

When you visit this site, the hosting servers automatically process technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to show you the page and keep the site secure.

Why I use it

To send you emails about my content, updates and offers. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your email address. For visitors in the EU, this is consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by emailing me.

Service providers

This website and the mailing list run on Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva), with data stored in Switzerland. To block spam signups, the form runs a short automatic check from Infomaniak in your browser. The page's font is loaded from Bunny Fonts (bunny.net); your browser sends its IP address to their servers to download the font files.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. After that, your address is removed from the list.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. Just email me. If you think I'm handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country.
